4. Machine transport and handling
4.1 Transport of the machine
Unless otherwise agreed, the transport of the machine is at the expense of the
buyer and can be carried out by means of an appropriate transport vehicle
(truck, transport trailer, etc.).
DANGER
Lifting of the machine is not allowed; if the machine needs to be lifted for
transport purposes, contact the Manufacturer in advance.
The means of transport must be chosen according to the size, weight, shape
of the machine and its components.
CAUTION
During transport and handling take care not to damage the machine or parts
of it. Protect the machine adequately and avoid shocks, vibrations or other
mechanical stresses that could compromise its correct operation.
The Manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect
operations, unqualified personnel or the use of unsuitable equipment during
transport and handling.
DANGER
The handling activities must be carried out by qualified personnel, specially
trained and with adequate knowledge of the accident prevention regulations
provided for by the international directives and the legislation of the country
of destination of the machine.
Before handling the machine, make sure that there are no people or things
near the machine.
During loading, unloading and handling operations, the presence of an
employee is required to assist the operator's manoeuvres and to provide
information from the ground.
Ensure that the area in which you are working is adequately lit and sufficiently
large.
