6.11.7 Replacement of the sliding runners
In the event of excessive wear of the sliding runners, they must be replaced.
A) Use the controls on the remote control to completely remove the
telescopic arm.
B) Lower the arm just enough to allow you to perform the operation from
the ground.
C) Safely stop the machine. (*).
D) Disconnect the fixed hydraulic lines.
E) Disconnect the fastening pin of the hydraulic piston for the telescopic
extension.
F) Completely remove the two telescopic sections (3) of the arm and
separate them from the machine.
G) Remove the fixing screws (1) and washers (4) of the runners (2) on the
telescopic arm near the extension.
H) Take out the worn runners and replace them with new ones.
I) Attach the new runners to the arm using the screws (1) and washers (4)
removed earlier.
