6.3.1 Product Specifications
Hydraulic system
The machine is delivered with the hydraulic circuit filled up to the optimal
level; for subsequent re-filling and/or replacement use hydraulic oil of the
HYDRAULIC HVI 46 type.
ATTENTION
Always check that the hydraulic oil in the system is suitable for the ambient
temperatures in which the machine is used.
Lubricating grease
Use common grease for the machine.
When greasing the kinetic mechanism of the vibrating head, use only lithium
grease for high speed bearings and for temperatures above 100°C.
The kinematic motion of the vibrating head must be greased daily (even twice
a day) when the machine is cold.
Lubricating oil
The machine is delivered with the speed multiplier gearbox filled up to the
optimum level; for subsequent topping up and/or replacement use lubricating
oil type SAE 90.
