WARNING
Failure to comply with the previous indications, concerning the type of tractor
suitable for coupling the machine and the safe operating conditions (e.g.
slope), relieves the Manufacturer of any responsibility for any malfunction,
anomaly or accident that may occur.
5.1.1 Preliminary to the coupling phase
- Scrupulously observe the warnings in paragraph “2.1.1 Warnings for
coupling/uncoupling the machine” pag. 13;
- Check that the characteristics of the tractor comply with those reported
in this manual (See par. “5.1” pag. 72).
- Check that the tractor coupling system is compatible with the machine
and has adequate load capacity. In the case of incompatibility, desist
from coupling;
- Analyse the machine as a whole, studying its structure, operation and
correct operating procedures stated in this manual.
- Verify the presence and integrity of all components of the coupling
system, of the hydraulic piping, of the attention pictographs, of the
protection systems and of the machine in general. Any damaged or
missing components must be promptly replaced.
- Check that the coupling of the machine to the tractor does not cause it
to exceed the technically permissible maximum total weight, the load
limits on the individual axles and the load capacity of the tires, by
consulting the relative use and maintenance manual of the tractor.
- Carefully analyze the Use and maintenance manual of the tractor,
paying particular attention to the chapters concerning the tractor/
machine connection and the hydraulic devices.
DANGER
Never position yourself between the tractor and the machine during the
approach to carry out the coupling.
