4.2.4 Unloading of the machine by means of a ramp
• Secure the wheels of the transport vehicle with wheel chocks.
• Prepare the ramp (or the two ramps) as shown above.
• Remove the fasteners securing the machine to the transport vehicle
as indicated in paragraph “4.2.3 Anchoring to the transport vehicle”
pag. 63.
ATTENTION
Before proceeding, make sure that the ramp is set up correctly and that the
machine is in the transport configuration.
• Start the tractor to which you intend to connect the machine and align
it with the transport vehicle, positioning the rear part of the vehicle
facing the ramp.
• Drive in reverse at low speed towards the ramp, avoiding sudden
movements and acceleration.
• Proceed slowly and carefully until you have approached the tractor to
the machine.
• Connect the machine to the tractor to unload it (*).
• Make sure the PTO (540 rpm) is engaged and active.
