6.6.4 Replacement of hydraulic oil filter cartridge
The pressure gauge (3) indicates the pressure in the hydraulic oil filter (see
Figure 61); for correct machine efficiency the pressure must be maintained
between a minimum of 0.5 bar and a maximum of 2.0 bar.
When the values are not within this range, the internal hydraulic oil filter
cartridge must be replaced; proceed as follows:
A) Safely stop the machine. (*).
B) Unscrew the red cap (1) by acting on the red plastic nut of regular
shape.
C) Remove the clogged filter element and clean the filter body (element
containing the filter cartridge) both internally and externally.
D) Position the new filter element (filter cartridge).
E) Replace the red plastic cover (1) and tighten it again.
ATTENTION
The filter element must be replaced; do not attempt to reuse/regenerate the
filter element.
