6.6.7 Replacement of fittings and hydraulic pipes
If it is necessary to replace deteriorated fittings and/or piping, follow these
instructions:
- Before replacing a damaged hydraulic hose, disassemble it with the
utmost care and cleanliness, sealing the part of the system from which
you remove the hose.
- Replace the damaged pipe with a new one, making sure it has been
flushed to absolute 10 microns and sealed.
CAUTION
Any impurities entering the hydraulic circuit will cause irreparable damage.
SICMA SRL declines any responsibility for anomalies attributable to failure to
comply with the above rules.
- Tighten the union nuts according to the tightening torque values.
- Use original spare parts; if it is impossible to find the material it will be
necessary to contact SICMA SRL to request the technical specifications
of the pipes to be replaced.
DANGER
Replacing flexible hoses with hoses that do not comply with the manufacturer's
specifications is highly dangerous.
The Manufacturer declines any responsibility for possible damage to people
or property that may be caused by non observance of the instructions
contained in this paragraph.
