Control Unit Adapter CUA32
7.6.1
Description
The Control Unit Adapter CUA32 is used to connect a Power Module blocksize to an existing
DC/AC group with a higher-level control module, e.g. a CU320-2. Since the closed-loop
control is realized externally, for operation, a SINAMICS, SIMOTION, or SINUMERIK closed-
loop control is always required for several axes.
The CUA32 offers additional encoder interface (HTL / TTL / SSI).
The Control Unit Adapter CUA32 has the following interfaces (ports):
