USB disk devices may not be compatible with NXGPro+.
• When attempting to upload information using a USB disk drive, check the keypad display for
a failure message such as, "An error has occurred" or "Error opening output le".
• If the upload fails, change the brand or type of USB ash disk and retry.
• Refer to "USB ash disk requirements", "Known Issues with USB ash disks", and "Keypad
error messages" for more information on USB.
