Normally,inthispartofthetestprocedure,thetransducershaft
willbeinupperpositionwiththeupperlimitswitchactivated.
Thisoperationaltestofthehoist/lowercontactorswillnotrequire
the3-phasepowertobeappliedtothemotor.
