InordertoensurecontinuousoperationoftheSimradSX90
independentofvaryingqualityofthevessel’smainssupply,the
useofuninterruptedpowersupplies(UPS)isrequired.TwoUPS
unitsareused.Oneisusedtopowerthewheelhouseunits,while
theotherisusedtopowertheTransceiverUnit.
Theinstallationoftheseunitsmustbeperformedasdescribed
intheapplicabledocumentationprovidedbythemanufacturer.
EnsurethatyouinstalltheUPSunitinsuchawaythat
maintenanceiseasilycarriedout.
