1. Gears aligned
After assembly, check for smooth mechanical
movement of the E-RAVE system.
E-RAVE HOUSING
Removal
Remove the following:
E-RAVE cables no. 4.
Cover no. 11.
NOTE: E-RAVE housing with shaft and E-RAVE
valves can be removed altogether if desired.

Drive gears no. 7.
Inspection
Check housing condition.
Installation
Reverse removal steps.
E-RAVE VALVES
Removal
Remove the following:
Cover no. 11.
Drive gears no. 7.
Housing no. 10.
Inspection
Clean carbon deposits on parts. Check gears con-
dition.
Installation
Reverse removal steps.
