Why is the print quality poor on my Squid Ink CoPilot 500 Printer?
Poor print quality on your Squid Ink Printer can stem from several issues: * Clogged Ink Nozzles: Clean the Nozzle Face. * Dried Ink or Impurities: Flush the Printhead. * Air Bubbles: Purge the Printhead of air bubbles.
What to do if the Squid Ink CoPilot 500 controller display goes black?
If your Squid Ink Printer's controller display goes black, with just a sentence of text, it could be due to system power corruption. Install a Line Conditioner (Part Number 2004199) to ensure a clean electrical supply. Alternatively, high static discharge may be the cause. In this case, add a 0.25" (or wider) Ground Braid (Part Number 2005024) between the Controller and earth ground. A substitute Carbon Fiber Brush (Part Number 2006400) is also available to reduce substrate static electricity build-up.
