1D-61 Power Unit Mechanical:
4) Select crankshaft main bearing referring to the below
table.
For example, If number stamped on crank web is “1”
and alphabet stamped on cylinder block is “B”, install
a new bearing painted in “Brown” to it’s journal.
NOTE
Measure crankshaft journal oil clearance
again after installing new bearing selected.
Refer to “Crankshaft Journal Oil Clearance”
(Page 1D-58).
Crankshaft Drive Gear Inspection

Inspect drive gear. Replace gear if damaged or worn.
Crankshaft Oil Seal Inspection

Inspect condition. If cracked, cut or damaged, replace.
