IMI scattergrams
Two-dimensional distributions of the cell size and density of
the cell interior (such as nucleus size) are drawn via the RF/
DC detection method.
The IMI analysis channel is a channel used to discriminate
between immature and mature white blood cells.
6. NRBC analysis
NRBC analysis procedure
The NRBC analysis is performed to classify and count the
nucleated red blood cell population in the blood. The NRBC
analysis procedure is explained as follows:
