On VPC 116/132 LED keypad
After you pressed "0732", enter 4 digit code and then "√" button. This 4 digit
code will be PC connection code.
On LCD keypad (By using up and down arrow keys)
Enter BASIC SETTINGS"√"→USER CODES"√"→32-USER CODE, enter 4 digit
code and then "√" button.
Note: "0000" cannot be used while assigning any code because this entrance will
remove the code at this address.
4. For exiting Master Program
Press "x" (Exit) button until you hear long "beep" sound. Program LED will turn
OFF on LED keypad and The Main Messages will be displayed on LCD keypad if
you exit the program successfully.
6.1.3 Changing Assigned Codes
Press long to "√" (Password) button and enter 4 digit current code and then enter 4
digit new code and then again enter 4 digit new code and press "√" button. (PC
Remote Access and Duress codes cannot be changed by using this simple way)
Note: Default value of installer code is "9999" and default value of master code is
"1234"
Example:
Let’s change the value of master code as "9876" form the default value "1234". Press
long to "√" (Password) button and enter "1234" and then enter "9876" and then again
enter "9876" and press "√" button
6.1.4 Tests
Test the Siren, User Phone Dialing and CMS Dialing in order to control that the
system operates correctly.
1. For Siren Test.
Press 8 (Test) button until you hear long "beep" sound and then press "3" and "1".
* Siren will sound for 5 seconds if the system operates correctly.
2. For User Phone Dialing Test.
Press 8 (Test) button until you hear long "beep" sound and then press "2" and "1".
* 1.User Phone Number will be called if the system operates correctly.
(For testing other user phone numbers dialing, press "2" for second, "3" for third
... instead of "1" after you pressed "2")
3. For Central Monitoring Station Dialing Test.
Press 8 (Test) button until you hear long "beep" sound and then press "1" and "1".
* 1.phone number of 1.CMS will be called if the system operates correctly.
(For testing other CMS phone numbers dialing, press)
"2" for 1.phone number of 2.CMS
"3" for 2.phone number of 1.CMS
"4" for 2.phone number of 2.CMS instead of "1" after you pressed "2")
!!! ATTENTION !!!
Some default values are as follows, 1.Zone is Enter/Exit Zone, 2.Zone is Follower
Zone and all zones are NC type. For configuring zone settings, please use the "zone
settings" instructions in the manual. If there is a zone you’re not using, you can make
this zone closed as well as you can make it short circuited.
