Execution command AT#MONI<CR> reports GSM/LTE related information for selected cell
and dedicated channel (if exists) in the following formats:
a) When extracting data for the serving cell and the network name is known the format is:
GSM network
#MONI: <netname> BSIC:<bsic> RxQual:<qual> LAC:<lac> Id:<id>
ARFCN:<arfcn> PWR:<dBm> dBm TA: <timadv>
LTE network

b) When the network name is unknown, the format is:
