3.7.7. AT#NITZ - Network Identity and Time Zone
This command handles Network Identity and Time Zone.

AT#NITZ=[<val>[,<mode>]]
Set command enables/disables the automatic date/time updating and the Full Network Name
applying. It enables also the #NITZ URC in the format:
#NITZ: <datetime>
and permits to change its format.
Parameters:

The <val> parameter is a sum of integer values, where every
value corresponds to a functionality:
1 - enables automatic date/time updating
2 - enables Full Network Name applying
4 - sets the #NITZ URC 'extended' format (see
<datetime> below)
8 - sets the #NITZ URC 'extended' format with Daylight
Saving Time (DST) support (see <datetime> below)

support, if <val> is in (8..15)
