This execution command opens an FTP connection toward the FTP server.

PDP context identifier
In FTP Open case, the solution dependency limits the maximum time out to 1200 (120
seconds). The FTPTO value that exceed 1200 is considered as 1200.
Before opening FTP connection the PDP context must been activated with #SGACT.
