Execution command reports the current sockets status using the following message format:
#SS: <connId>,<state>,<locIP>,<locPort>,<remIP>,<remPort><CR><LF>
[<connId>,<state>,<locIP>,<locPort>,<remIP>,<remPort><CR><LF>[...]]
