The <eventListMask> (two bytes long) is a
bit mask where each bit, when set, indicates
that the corresponding event must be
monitored (e.g. if <eventListMask> is
0x0001, it means that MT call must be
monitored).
bit 0 = MT call
bit 1 = Call connected
bit 2 = Call disconnected
bit 3 = Location status
bit 4 = User activity
bit 5 = Idle screen available
bit 6 = Card reader status (if class
"a" is supported)
bit 7 = Language selection
bit 8 = Browser Termination (if class

bit 9 = Data available (if class "e" is
supported)
