It is possible to send a concatenation of at most 10 SMs; the maximum number of chars
depends on the <dcs>:
• 2448 chars
• 2144 chars if 8-bit is used
• 1072 chars if UCS2 is used
If message sending fails for some reason, then an error code is reported.
