Test command returns the range of available values for parameters <sdaPin>, <sclPin>,
<deviceId>, <lenwr>, <lenrd>.

Set GPIO_2 as SDA, GPIO_3 as SCL; Device I2C address is 0x20;
First is send data 0x0a; after a "RESTART", 4 data bytes are read.
