Read command returns the current settings in the format:
#JDR4GCFG: <P_RSRP_T4G>,<P_RSRQ_T4G>,>,<Initial_Delay>,<Sampling_Number>,
<P_RSSI_S4G>,0,0,0,0
Regardless the values used for parameters <UNUSED_4> ... <UNUSED_7>, the read command
returns always 0.

Test command returns the range of supported values for all the parameters.
