Blade-to-Roller Alignment
See Figures 10-7 and 10-8.
1. Park the mower safely. (See “Park Mower Safely” on
page 1-5.)

2. Loosen front roller lock nuts (5).
3. Shift the front roller (7) toward the belt cover end of
the cutting unit (1) until the turf groomer blades (3)
contact the roller discs (6). For any blades that have
a gap, install shims to move the blades to make
contact.

4. Ensure all blades make contact, then shift the front
roller (7) until the turf groomer blades (3) are
centered within the grooves of the roller discs (6).
5. Tighten front roller lock nuts (5).
