1. Position the housing (5) in the vertical position on a
clean smooth surface. Use Delta motor shell bearing
tool (25) to press new shell bearing (4) into the
housing. The lettering on the bearing denotes the
side of the bearing to be contacted with the tool.

2. Lubricate the grease seal (3) with Mobilux EP111
grease. Press the grease seal into housing (5) using
Delta motor grease seal tool (26).

3. Flip the housing (5). Install back-up washer (7) into
bore of the housing. Lubricate the lip of shaft seal (8)
with Mobilux EP 111 grease. Press the seal into the
housing using Delta motor shaft seal tool (27).

4. Assemble one bearing race (9), thrust bearing (10)
and second bearing race (9) into housing (5).
5. Place shaft sleeve tool (28) over end of output shaft
(11). Insert output shaft (11) through thrust bearing
(10), bearing races (9), shaft seal (8), back-up
washer (7), shell bearing (4) and grease seal (3).
Remove shaft sleeve tool.
