Symptom: LDU does not indicate a temperature.
Probable Cause Remedy
Faulty engine temperature sensor. Test the temperature sender (R5). (See “Engine Temperature Sender Test” on
page 4-62.)
Faulty engine temperature circuit. Check continuity between MCU (U1) terminal 3-02 and the engine temperature sensor
(R5) terminal. Continuity must be indicated.
