STEERING PAD SWITCH
REPLACEMENT
1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL(See page 60–1)
2. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL COVER LOWER NO.2
3. REMOVE CONNECTOR COVER
(a) Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw(A).
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip, before use.
(b) Disengage the claw(B) and remove the connector cover.
4. REMOVE HORN BUTTON ASSY
(See page 60–15)
5. REMOVE STEERING PAD SWITCH
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the 2 screws and steering pad switch.
(c) Disengage the wiring 2 pins from the connector, and pull
them out.
