Service Status Page
More detailed information is available than on the status page. Service
personnel usually print the service status pages for maintenance purpose.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [Report] and [Print] of Report Print.

Press [Print] for the
report you want to
print. Printing starts.
Transmission Result Reports
Automatically print a report of transmission results when the transmission
is complete.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [Report], [Change] of Result Report Setting and then [Change] of
Send Result Report.

Item Description
Off No result report printed.
On Result report automatically printed.
Error Only Result report printed. If two or more
destinations are registered, the reports are
printed only for the destinations facing the
errors.
