7-8 ADVANCED OPERATION GUIDE
If any user without administrator rights logs in
These users can partially change their own user property including user
name, password, and E-mail address.
Although login user name, access level, or account name cannot be
changed, the users can check the present status.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [Change] of User Property.

Refer to steps 3 to 13 of Adding a User to change user property.
Press [Detail] of

Press [Register] to change user property.
Unknown login user name Job
This specifies the behavior for handling the jobs sent with unknown login
user names (i.e. unsent IDs). If the User Login is set to invalid and Job
Accounting is set to valid, follow the procedure when the Account ID is
unknown.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [User Login/Job Accounting].

If user login administration is invalid, the user authentication screen is
displayed. Enter a login user name and password, and press [Login]. By
default, the login user name and password are 5050 respectively.

Press [Change] of Unknown lD Job.
