Follow steps 1 to 5 of Adding an Account on page 7-12.

Press [Change] of Print Restriction Copier, Print Restriction Printer, Scan
Restriction Others, or Fax TX Restriction.

Select [Off], [Counter Limit], or [Reject Usage].
If [Counter Limit]
selected, press [+]/[-
] or numeric keys to
select the number of
pages.

Press [OK].

Repeat steps 2 to 3 for other accounts to be restricted.

Press [Register] to add an account for restriction.
Applying Limit of Restriction
This specifies how the machine behaves when the counter has reached
the limit of restriction.

Press the System Menu key.

Press [User Login/Job Accounting].
Counter Limit Restricts the print counter in one-page increments
up to 999,999 copies.
Reject Usage Restriction is applied.

* The next job will be prohibited in sending or in storing in the box.
Job stops when the counter reaches its limit.
Subsequently Printing/scanning job continues but the subsequent
job will be rejected.
