Cause Remedy
A Encoder is defective. Replace the servomotor if the error occurs
frequently.
B Operational error in encoder caused by exter-
nal noise.
Check and correct wiring around the
encoder as follows:
• Grounding of the servomotor
• Separation between the encoder cable
and the servomotor power cable
• Insertion of toroidal cores onto cables
