If it is set to 1 (Append Delete), the IP phone will delete the old log and start over.
If it is set to 2 (Append Stop), the IP phone will stop uploading log.
Note: It works only if the value of the parameter “static.syslog.mode” is set to 2 (FTP/TFTP
Server). If you change this parameter, the IP phone will reboot to make the change take
effect.

Configures the waiting time (in seconds) before the phone uploads the log file to the
provisioning server.
Example:
static.syslog.bootlog_upload_wait_time = 121
