Problem Solution
No LED indicator is in on 2N
®
EasyGate
IP.
Check whether the switch is in turning-on
position 0/I.
Check the power supply and battery status.
All of the LED indicators are on on 2N
®
EasyGate IP, there is no active call on the
line
(data LED is on as set in SIP settings).
Turn off and on again, the LEDs should go off
in 3 s and indicate the current device state.
2N
®
EasyGate IP does not log in.
Check the SIM card insertion.
Check the inserted SIM card for PIN request.
Check the antenna connection.
Make sure that the installation site has a good
network signal.
No tone can be heard after off-hook. Check the telephone line connection.
The device may not be initialized after the
start (approx. 20 s after power up).
Check the power and wireless failure settings
in the Service / Signaling folder.

EasyGate IP does not communicate
with the PC via USB.
Check whether the switch is in turning-on
position 0/I.
Check the power supply and battery status.
Unlock USB using the RESET button if the 2N
®
EasyGate IP setting allows so. If not, reset the
factory default values.
Use 2N
®
Elevator Center for login to the
device.
