5.2.4.3 Backup
The Backup folder helps you set a backup for the primary SIM1 card if the signal deteriorates or
gets lost for more that 180 s (default value). In case the signal value drops below the required
signal low, all the calls will be automatically forwarded via the backup SIM2 if available.
If the backup SIM2 signal gets worse, the device switches back to the primary SIM1 and, if SIM1
allows the use of other networks, starts searching for one. Set the search in Enable network
search.
Enable Service – enable/disable the primary SIM card backup function in the case of a
poor or lost signal.
Enable Network Search – the device searches for all available networks according to the
signal strength and connects to the network that provides the best data connection for
My2N connection. If this parameter is disabled, the device connects to the network with
the strongest signal.
State – display the provider selection state.
Network Name – active SIM card provider’s network name.
