• USB security module or dongle (for running BD CellQuest Pro software)
• (optional) BD FACS Loader for automated sample acquisition

• 12 x 75-mm polystyrene BD Falcon™ tubes
• 12 x 75-mm BD Trucount™ tubes
Bulk Fluids
• Sheath: BD FACSFlow™ solution
• Cleaning: BD FACS™ Clean or 10% household bleach
• Rinsing: BD FACS™ shutdown solution or deionized (DI) water
• Waste decontamination: full-strength bleach
