40 MC6 User Manual Part 5, Documenting Calibrator
WORK ORDER VIEW MODE
Work Order View Mode is an optional way of viewing the instruments. This op-
tion is of use, when Instruments have been sent from Beamex CMX Calibration
Software together with Work Orders in their Calibration Procedure. See adja-
cent picture on how to activate Work Order View.
If Work Order View is active, a list of Work Orders are shown. Work Orders
have green background, the upper right corner is folded and the left side has a
blue line. The data in a Work Order are as follows:
Work Order Number in upper left corner.
Start Date and End Date below the Work Order Number.
Amount of Instruments included in the Work Order are shown on the
lower right corner.
Any instruments not belonging to a Work Order are listed below the Work Or-
ders.
Tapping on a Work Order opens a list of instruments belonging to that Work
Order. To indicate that you are in Work Order View Mode, the instruments also
have a blue line in their left side. Work Order's Start Date and End Date are
presented in Instrument's lower right corner.
When a Work Order is selected, the menu allows you to delete the results of the
current Work Order or delete the whole current Work Order.
Calibrating an instrument being part of a Work Order is done exactly as calibrat-
ing any other Instrument.
Note.
In Instrument Overview Window, presented on page 41, the possible Work Order is shown
among Instrument's general data and on a separate page among instrument data. All basic
data of Work Orders (Work Order Number and dates) are read only data in MC6.
