Telephony Features Available
After you install Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience devices in your network, configure their network
settings, and add them to Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you must use Cisco Unified Communications
Manager Administration to configure telephony features, set up services, assign users, and optionally modify
phone templates.
For suggestions about how to provide users with information about features and what information to provide,
see Internal Support Website, on page 207.
For information about setting up Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience devices in non-English environments,
see International User Support, on page 211.
After you add a Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience to Cisco Unified Communications Manager, you
can add functionality to the Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience. The following table includes a list of
supported telephony features, many of which you can configure using Cisco Unified Communications Manager
Administration. The Reference column lists Cisco Unified Communications Manager and other documentation
that contains configuration procedures and related information.
For more information about using these features, see the Cisco Desktop Collaboration Experience DX600
Series User Guide.
