Cisco Small Business SPA300 Series, SPA500 Series, and WIP310 IP Phone Administration Guide 334
A
CFWD Notifier Typically, this field is configured with the SIP
proxy information.
User ID with Domain
(Cisco SPA300 Series and
SPA 50X IP Phones)
When this field is set to yes, the IP phone will
show the Caller ID followed by domain name, and
the domain name is also shown in the received
calls list. This parameter is used when calls are
made between different branches of the same
phone system. For example, if user
John@domain1.com receives a call from
Mary@domain2.com, by default the phone only
shows the call as being from Mary, so John is not
able to pick up or call back Mary from the
received call list. With this parameter set to yes,
the phone logs the call as being from
Mary@domain2.com, and John can dial Mary from
the received call list.
