Terminal 37 is not included in FC 301.
Terminal 37 is the input to be used for Safe Stop. For instructions on Safe Stop installation
please refer to th
esectionSafe Stop I nstallation.
* Terminal 29 and 37, relay 2 are not included in FC 301.
Very long control cables and analog signals may in rare case s, depending on install ation, result
in 50/60 Hz ground loops due to noise from mains supply ca bles.
If this occurs, you may have to break the shield or insert a 100 nF capacitor be tween shield and chassis.
The digital and analog i nputs and outputs must be connected separately to the FC 300 common
inputs (ter
minal 20, 55, 39) to avoid ground currents from both groups affecting other g roups. For
example, switching on the digital input may disturb the analog inp ut signal.
