Introduction to FC 300
" Control Structure in Flux Sensorless
(FC 302 only)
Control structure in flux sensorless open-loop and closed-loop configurations.
In the configuration shown, par. 1-01 Motor Control Principle is set to “Flux sensorless [2]” and p ar.
1-00 is set to “Speed open-lo op [0]”. The resulting reference from the reference handling system is fed
through the ramp and speed limi tations as determined by the parameter settings indicated.
An estim ate d speed feedback is generated t o the sp eed PID to control the output frequency.
The speed PID must be set with its P, I, and D parameters (par. group 7-0*).
Select “Process [3]” in par. 1-00 to use the process PID control for closed-loop control of, i.e., speed or
pressure in the control led application. The process PID parameters are found in par. group 7-2* and 7-3*.
