How to Program
Bit 04, ON 2/OFF 2
Bit 04 = "0": Bit 01 of the Control word is "0". Bit 04 = "1": Bit 01 of the Control word is "1".
B
it 05, ON 3 /OFF 3
Bit 05 = "0": Bit 02 of the Control word is "0". Bit 05 = "1": Bit 02 of the Control word is "1".
B
it 06, Start po ssible/Start not possible
Bit 06 is always "0" if you s elect FC Drive in par. 8-10. If you select PROFIdrive in par. 8-10,
bit 06 is "1" after a switch-off a cknowledgement, after activation of OFF2 or OFF3, and after
switching on mains voltage. Start is not possib le. The adjustable frequency drive is reset with
bit 00 of the Control word set to "0" and bit 01, 02, and 10 set t o "1".
B
it 07, No warning/Warning
Bit 07 = "0": No unusual situation. Bit 07 = "1": There is an unusual sta tus in the adjustable frequency
drive. For more i nformation about warnings - see the FC 300 Profibus Operating Inst ructions.
B
it 08, Speed reference / Spe ed = reference:
Bit 08 = "0": The motor speed deviates from the set speed reference value. This occurs
e.g. when the s pee d is change d during start/stop through ramp-up/down. Bit 08 = "1": The
motor speed corresponds to the set spe ed reference value.
B
it 09, Local operation/Bus control
Bit 09 = "0": Indicates that the adjustable frequency drive is stopped via [Stop] o
r that Local is selected in
par. 0-02. B it 09 = "1": The adjustable fre quency drive is controlled throug h the serial interface.
B
it 10, Out of freque ncy limit/Frequency limit OK
Bit 10 = "0": T he output frequency is outside the lim its set in par. 4-11 and par. 4-13 (Warnings: Motor
speed low or high limit). Bit 10 = "1": The output frequency is within t
he indic a ted limits.
B
it 11, No operation/Operation
Bit 11 = "0": The motor is not running. Bit 11 = "1": A start signal is active or
the output f re quency is higher than 0 Hz.
B
it 12, Drive OK/S topped, autostart
Bit 12 = "0": No temporary overloading of the inverter. Bit 12
= "1": The inverter stops due to overload. How-
ever, the adjustable frequency drive is not switched off (tri pped) and will restart after the overloading sto ps.
B
it 13, Vo l tage OK/Voltage exce eded
Bit 13 = "0": The adjustable frequency drive voltage limits a re not exceeded. Bit 13 = "1": The
direct voltage in the drive intermediate circuit is t
oo low or too high.
B
it 14, Torque OK/Torque exceeded
Bit 14 = "0": The motor current is below the m oment limit selected in par. 4-18. Bit 14
= "1": The torque limit se lected in par. 4-18 is excee ded.
B
it 15, Timer OK/T i mer exceeded
Bit 15 = "0": The timers for the thermal motor pro
tection and adjustable frequency drive thermal protection
have not exceeded 100%. Bit 15 = "1": One of the timers has exceeded 100%.
