Troubleshooting
ALARM 30
Motor phase U missing:
Motor phase U between the adjustable frequency
driveandthemotorismissing.
Turn off the adjustable frequency drive and
check motor phase U.
ALARM 31
Motor phase V missing:
Motor phase V between the adjustable f re quency
driveandthemotorismissing.
Turn off the adjustable frequency drive and
check motor phase V.
ALARM 32
Motor phase W m issing:
Motor phase W between the adjustable frequency
driveandthemotorismissing.
Turn off the adjustable frequency drive and
check motor phase W.
ALARM 33
Soft-charge fault:
To o many power-ups have occurred within a
short time period. See the chapter General
Specifications for the allowed number of
power-ups within one minute.
WARNING/ALARM 34
Serial communication fault:
The serial c ommunic ation bus on the communication
option card is not working.
ALARM 38

WARNING 47
24 V supply low:
The external 24 V DC backup power supply may be
overloaded, otherwise contact your Danfoss sup plie r.
ALARM 48
1.8 V supply low:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
WARNING 49
Speed limit:
The speed has been limited by range in
par. 4-11 and par. 4-13.
ALARM 50
AMA calibration failed:
Contact your Danfoss supplier.
ALARM 51
AMA check Unom and Inom:
The setting of motor voltage, motor current,
and motor power is presumably wrong.
Check the settings.
ALARM 52
AMA low Inom:
The m otor current is too low. Check the settings.
ALARM 53
AMA motor too big:
The motor is too big for the AM A to be carried out.
ALARM 54
AMA motor too small:
The motor is too small for the AMA to be carried out.
ALARM 55
AMA par. out of range:
The par. values found from the motor are
outside the acceptable range.
ALARM 56
AMA interrupted by user:
The AMA has been interrupt ed by the user.
ALARM 57
AMA timeout:
Try to start the AMA again a number of times,
until the AMA is carried out. Ple ase note that
repeated runs may heat the motor to a level where
the resistance s Rs and Rr are increased. In most
cases, however, this is not crit ical.
