3.1 Overview of iC7 Series
The Danfoss iC7 series comprises 3 products that combine hardware and software:
l iC7-Automation
l iC7-Hybrid
l iC7-Marine
The series consists of 3 hardware variants:
l System modules
l Enclosed drives
l Frequency converters
Additional application software can be purchased and some application software are only available for a specific hardware variant and
product.
The following application software packages are available for the system modules.
l iC7-Automation: Industry, AFE, Motion
l iC7-Marine: Propulsion & Machinery, AFE
l iC7-Hybrid: Grid Converter, DC/DC Converter
There are application guides available for all the application software packages.
