1. General Maintenance
Proper inspection steps are essential to preventing trouble and maintaining safety. This
section describes maintenance inspection schedule and procedures. Be sure to perform
inspection and maintenance as described in this chapter.
1.1 Maintenance Inspection Schedule
Inspection procedures are divided into five stages: daily, monthly, quarterly, biannually and
annually. However, if the robot is operated for 250 hours or longer per month, the
inspection schedule is different. In this case, each step of inspection should be added every
250 hours, 750 hours, 1500 hours, and 3000 hours operation.
