3. Press the [Edit] button.
D The [Settings For Selected Group(s)] area becomes active.
4. Press the [Select] button.
D The [Select Job Menu] window appears.
5. Select a job menu.
6. Press the [OK] button.
D A job menu is set on the [Settings For Selected Group(s)] area.
7. For [Modes Available To User], set whether or not to display the Multi-
Function Menu.
8. Press the [OK] button.
D A job menu is assigned to users who are not included in a job group.
