1.4.10.2 Aligner Green Drive Belt Maintenance

Maintenance Schedule

Inspect and clean every 750K cycles.

Replace every 4000K cycles.

Procedure

• Ensure the Green Drive Belts are clean.

• Inspect for frayed edges and wear.

To clean the Green Drive Belts:

1. Clean Green Drive Belt [1] with a plastic scouring pad or 3M Scotchbrite Pad.

2. Use the drive knob [2] to turn the belt.
