1.4.14 Aligner Latch Inspection
Latches [1] on both sides of the punch hold the Aligner Panels in place, which in
turn keeps even pressure on the idler rollers.
Maintenance Schedule
Inspect every 750K cycles.
Procedure
• Inspect the latches for worn or damaged parts.
• Open and close the latches and ensure they lock into place when closed.
• Ensure the nylon wheel [2] turns freely on its bearing and that it aligns with its
locking
