5.5.7.1 Threshold
This parameter must be set by the user according to the analysis.
The
threshold
represents the absolute value of the first derivative, expressed in mV/mL,
below which the detection algorithm does not search for the equivalence point.
Range is between 1 and 9999 mV/mL.
The recommended value is 40% of the absolute value of the first derivative.
Depending on the titration curve profile, the following guide can be used:
TITRATION CURVE PROFILE THRESHOLD (mV/mL)
Flat 1 to 450
Normal 50 to 1800
Steep 1800 to 9999
