9.10 ARP Table
This dialog displays the MAC and IP addresses of the neighboring devices
connected to the device management.
Table
Buttons
Parameters Meaning
Port Number or name of the port to which the table entry relates.
IP Address Displays the IP address of a device that responded to an ARP query to this
device port.
MAC Address Displays the MAC address of a device that responded to an ARP query to
this device port.
Last Updated Displays the time in seconds since the current settings of the entry were
registered in the ARP table.
Type Displays the type of the ARP entry.
Possible values:
static
Static ARP entry. The ARP entry is kept when the ARP table is
deleted.
dynamic
Dynamic ARP entry. The device deletes the ARP entry when the
"Aging Time [s]" has been exceeded, if the device does not receive
any data from this device during this time.
Active Displays that the ARP table contains the IP/MAC address assignment as
a static entry.
Button Meaning
Reload Updates the fields with the values that are saved in the volatile memory
(
RAM
) of the device.
Reset ARP Table Removes the dynamically set up addresses from the ARP table.
